The $49 launch offer
Bakehop Local costs $49 USD at launch, paid once for major version 1. There is no recurring subscription. Your purchase covers one bakery workspace per browser profile. A future major version may be sold separately. You are not required to buy a future major version to continue using your purchased version with a valid licence.
Checkout will be handled by Polar. Any applicable tax and the final payment amount will be displayed before you pay.
A full refund within 14 days
If Bakehop Local is not for you, email contact@bakehop.com within 14 days of your purchase. Include your purchase email or order reference so we can find it. No explanation is required. We will arrange a full refund through the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider controls when the returned funds appear.
A refund revokes your licence. Once the app detects revocation, saving changes stops. Your existing records are not deleted; you can still read them, download PDFs and export a backup.
Offline work with occasional online checks
The first activation and initial app download need internet access. Wait for the app to report that it is ready for offline use. After that, your normal bakery work runs on the device.
Occasional internet access is needed to verify your licence. If verification becomes overdue, saving pauses until a successful check. Reading records, PDF downloads and backup export stay available. A confirmed invalid or revoked licence pauses saving when detected.
Your device, your backups
Each browser profile and device has its own separate bakery records. Installing the app through a browser uses that browser’s storage. Records do not automatically sync between devices.
Download backups regularly and keep a copy outside your browser. Clearing site data, using private browsing, browser storage cleanup or losing your device can remove your records. Bakehop cannot recover records that only existed on your device. Backup files can contain customer details and business information, so keep them somewhere safe.
What the app helps you do
Cost ingredients and recipes, price finished products, keep customer details, and prepare customer quotes as PDFs. You send the PDFs and track quote status yourself. The app does not collect payments from your customers or send messages on your behalf. Check your purchase prices, quantities, conversions and final quotes before using them.
Installation options depend on your browser and device. A current desktop browser provides the most space for editing. Ask us about your setup before buying if you are unsure.
